Guerlain Oud Essentiel was released in 2017 as part of Les Absolus d’Orient collection. A strong performance from the oud in this fragrance, a little goes a long way. Warm, syrupy and very classy. The rose and incense are present but help to lift the oud and woods even higher into the spotlight. Fantastic for cold evenings by the fireside sipping something smooth.

Top notes are Saffron and Pelargonium.

Middle notes are Oud, Rose and Atlas Cedar.

Base notes are Leather, Incense and Guaiac wood.
