Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, we can’t offer you a full refund, so please be sure to check your product when it arrives.

To be eligible for a return, in the first instance please contact us at returns@tinyfragrances.co.uk

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Whilst we can guarantee that the product you receive will be authentic, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. We recommend purchasing a 1ml sample in the first instance for this reason. Each fragrance sample is hand produced to order from the manufacturers original bottle. Once the package has been received by a customer there exists the opportunity to tamper or damage the product. To help ensure that every fragrance shipped is 100% genuine we cannot accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds.

We do recognise that mistakes happen when ordering and we offer a limited and strictly conditional 14 day cooling off period from the date of delivery for an order to be returned. All returns must be unopened, in original condition and with all packaging intact. If a return is made and the packaging is found to have been opened prior to return the return will be refused. Under no circumstances will Tiny Fragrances offer any refund, exchange or credit facility whereby there is evidence that the goods have been used.

By the very nature of manufacturer fragrances are subject to production variations and formula changes. This does not constitute a fault in the product. Tiny Fragrances will not offer any refund, exchange or credit facility whereby there is a perception by the customer that the fragrance is different from previous experiences.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift Vouchers.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Missing items

Should goods arrive damaged, faulty or missing from the order we may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

All missing, faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and customers are required to inspect all items that constitute the order immediately upon receipt. Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery will be considered an acceptance of the items condition and any damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery may be rejected.

The customer is required to provide evidence of any fault or damage via digital images and a confirmatory statement that the item arrived damaged. This information may be used to file a claim with the courier. The customer will be required to cooperate with the courier and us in any resulting investigation if required. Failing to do so may result in a replacement or refund being refused.

If a return is accepted the faulty item should be returned with all the original packaging as purchased within 28 days of purchase. Purchasing from Tiny Fragrances is a full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
