As a passionate perfume collector for over 40 years, it’s rare for a fragrance to truly captivate me. My collection boasts hundreds of scents, each cherished for its unique character and complexity. I’ve always admired Maison Francis Kurkdjian and adore most of their creations—except BR, which is the only one that genuinely unsettles me.
Naturally, when Kurky was released, I was eager to experience it and ordered a 1ml sample from Tiny Fragrances. My sample arrived beautifully packaged, nestled in a charming yellow drawstring bag. The presentation alone was delightful, but the real magic happened at first spray—I was instantly in love. Without hesitation, I ordered a full bottle.
Kurky is an irresistible fusion of candy, gummies, and sherbet, creating a scent that’s both playful and addictive. I found myself constantly sniffing my arm throughout the day, and even after a shower, its enchanting aroma lingered. It’s beyond beautiful—I’m absolutely mesmerized by its deliciousness.
That said, Kurky isn’t exactly office-friendly, nor is it a safe blind buy. Sampling first is a must, but for those who enjoy a bold, sugary-sweet scent, it’s a true delight.
